We have premium meeting room space for use by our tenants and outside renters.
Our corporate boardroom boasts a stunning crystal chandelier suspended from our 18-foot high cupola, lending a sense of quiet elegance to the room, which also has a flat screen television and seating for 14. Three smaller conference rooms are on-hand for more intimate meetings and all are soundproofed ensuring that all conversations held within remain private. All of these rooms are included in
our tenants’ packages, as well as being available for separate rental.

Technology is a tool whose importance is understood at Waterford Executive Centre. Throughout our beautiful two-story building, we have blazing fast fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, complete teleconferencing and webinar capabilities, and cable television to help you make the right impression for your clients. Those who rent our conference spaces, as well as our tenants, have use of a color copier/fax/scanner
to handle all their document reproduction needs as well.
Turnkey office suites
We still have availability of a few of our 20 professionally decorated, perimeter-only office suites. All have both an executive office and a workstation for your administrative assistant, adjacent to the main office. The suites are appointed with mahogany furniture, leather seating, lush carpeting and high-end window treatments. An on-site kitchen, featuring granite counters, raised panel cabinets
and stainless steel appliances, allows a full catering service to be offered.
