Choice of conference rooms
Our corporate boardroom boasts an 18-foot cupola and a stunning crystal chandelier shining light upon an imposing table which seats 14. A flat screen TV stands ready for your presentation and soundproofing ensures that all conversations held within remain private. Three smaller conference rooms are on-hand for more intimate meetings. All of these rooms are included in our tenants’ packages,
as well as being available for separate rental.
Cutting edge technology
Waterford Executive Centre also provides cutting edge technology throughout its beautiful two-story building. Blazing fast fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, complete teleconferencing and webinar capabilities, as well as cable television help you make the right impression for your clients or prospects. Tenants, and those who rent our conference spaces, have use of a color copier/fax/scanner to handle
all your document reproduction needs too.
Turnkey office suites
We still have availability of a few of our 20 professionally decorated office suites. These are all perimeter suites, with natural light from the windows, and have both an executive office and a workstation for your administrative assistant. The suites are appointed with mahogany furniture and leather seating and completely turnkey, right down to the high-end window treatments and lush carpeting.
An on-site kitchen, featuring granite counters, raised panel cabinets and stainless steel appliances, allows a full catering service to be offered.
